We have both known friends and relatives who have suffered from cancer.
Driver - Graeme Elliott
Graeme is a Dentist in Edinburgh, and a keen off roader after buying himself a Land Rover Defender last year (He had a Freelander before that), and he's not a typical Edinburgh 4x4 driver - he does actually use it off road! He has begun taking part in events with the Scottish Land Rover Owners Club and the Scottish Off Road Club.Graeme has diagnosed mouth cancer in 2 patients and had many other patients suffer from this terrible disease.
Co-Driver - Chris Elliott
Chris is a Medical Rep in Northern Ireland, and is onto his second Land Rover 90. He has decent map reading skills and knows how to keep Graeme focussed on the driving.
Knowing the excellent work done by Macmillan we were able to combine our love of all things 4x4 with a challenge event to raise money.
